I love this paddle! Very lightweight and my game has definitely elevated since I’ve been using it. I highly recommend it for those starting out! I look forward to trying more products from Amazing Aces as I continue to develop my skills.

I have many years of experience with Tennis and Racquetball and this is my 2nd time to play pickle ball, the first time with my own paddle. I loved it, nice touch, nice control. Balance is great, etc. I play a topspin game and the paddle handled that great, the other players were "complaining" about my top spin.
Only negative is it does chip easily. My mistake but do not let the paddle hit the ground. I already have one chip.
I bought it from the website for less than half than it costs at Amazon - not sure why that is but I had to ship the Amazon one back when I found this one.
Great paddle.

Great paddle, love that it’s rimless

I purchased this paddle and was a little suspicious of the price. After all, who sells a pickleball paddle, brand new, for under 40.00??? I was able to get it from my friend Jeff, who got it from "Natalie" with Amazinaces! I live in Quail Creek in Green Valley Arizona which has a huge pickleball community and club. I cant say enough good things about this paddle. It is so light weight and yet still has a lot of punch. I did put tape on the edge since this paddle does not have a rim. Which by the way, I love it not having a rim! I am told that you might get some edge dings without the tape, so I took extra precaution. THANKYOU AMAZINACES!!

The edgeless paddle is a great concept. Unfortunately, the "edge" of my paddle was quickly damaged during beginner pickleball. A friend with the same paddle had the same experience. I've asked for a refund as it's been less than 30 days.

This model has become very popular among the lady players since it absorbs vibration very well and is lighter than most other models...
I tape the top edge with GAMMA protective tape and sometimes use memory foam or gel strips under the grip to help with arthritic hand issues...
Larry S.
I really love this paddle and as a solid 3.5 player it has improved my game …… but for me it was a bit too lightweight….. I added some lead tape on top and used 1/4” heavy fabric tape all around edge.
Now it is closer to 8 ounces and is my go to paddle

Been playing prob 4 months or so 2-3× week. Started off with Nupipio(sp) paddle. Was ok but I wanted one without edge. Looked around, prices, components etc. Like combo graphite, fiberglass face. Softer feel. I have a lot of control with this paddle. The fact that it is quieter than alot of paddles it can fool an opponent into thinking it's not coming back strong. Wrong, plenty if zipp!!.So far only draw back, the face will chip if one is not careful. Small chip in mine now but doesn't affect my play. Thanks

I like the frameless and the solid feel. I feel like I can feel the ball more, especially helpful in dinking. It's a little fragile around the edges without the frame and got scuffed up a bit in just one day of play. We'll see how it holds up. But I like it a lot so far.
Darlene V.
I purchased this paddle to add to my arsenal of loaners for my students. It arrived quickly and is well made, with a very nice carrying case. It's a solid paddle, so personally, it's not one I enjoy playing with, however a couple of my beginners really liked it and I expect will be ordering it for themselves.
Steven W.
I just used the paddle for the first time and love it!! I am new to pickleball, and the paddle has made me enjoy the sport even more. The paddle has just the right heft and a perfect sized grip for my hand. I especially like the "sweet spot" sound it makes with ball contact. I am so pleased with the paddle that I am going to order another one for a friend who is also just beginning to play.
William G.
I really like how sturdy this racquet is. And light weight also. Very good product
Dav S.
The Bainbridge is a good light quick paddle, however on backhand shots you have to snap your wrist quite a bit to get some speed on the backhand ....I would recommend a 1 inch longer handle, so that you would have more whip to the backhand shot...With a longer handle the extra inch would give you that much more leverage.
Todd H.
Love the new feel & look of my new paddle. I have not been able to use it yet because all the gyms are closed. Where I live is too cold to play outside. I am certain I will it because all the paddles I have bought from you are great quality. Keep up the good work!
Javier N.
Great paddle for the game. It’s light and it grips the ball very well. I did experience a little pitting on the edge but it is expected from an edgeless paddle.
Ann M.
I recently purchased the Bainbridge paddle, and it got a nick around the edge already
I have only played with it 10 or more times. Im very careful with it. It shouldn't get a nick
so quick. I do like the paddle. So can I get a new one????
Wilbur L. Matthews II
Been using it for a couple of months and really like it. I especially like that it has no edge. I'd give it 5 stars if it had some texture so that I could put a little more spin on the ball. I think maybe the company should make a red textured model and sponsor me on the pickleball circuit.
Amazon Customer
I really like this paddle. It does not have the ribbed edge which actually gives you more flat contact surface. Much better control of the ball off the face. Also really liked the pickleball rules and tips that game with this. Very easy to understand.
B. Woo
nice looking paddle. good choice for those who look for light-weight paddle.
Ronald Long
Finally played with this paddle last week after receiving it 2 weeks ago, I've tried a few paddles before buying this paddle as I'm just a beginner. by far this is the best I've played with, good control, powerful and gives very good spin, its thumbs up for me, I've order another {CAMBRIA} and I should receive it by end of this week
Richard Dennison
I am new to the game, I have only been hitting the ball off a practice wall at the end of a tennis court. The paddle does it's job great, the biggest problem is "Me" when I take my eye off the ball. I do like the paddle it performs well, it is the operator failure that I am working on.
nlc
Having just started playing pickleball, I couldn't be happier with the racket! Nice grip and love the racket carrier!
Joseph M. LaForgia
I like it
Deborah
Light weight and easy to use. Paddle provides sufficient power in shot making. Although not USAPA certified, good paddle for recreational play.
Randy Wothke
A little disappointed. First time out and I drop it after a swing at a high ball, edge is all chipped up( Bad ) I guess it would be great on an indoor court but it is brutal on an outdoor court, even just trying to scoop up the low ones and contact with the cement and it chips
mine144
After eight months of once a week play the center of my paddle developed a depression in the center. Seems like a production flaw but now don't get pure hits
rick
Great quality paddle and grip, case is of quality construction. Looks like a $120 paddle.
Debbie Sandino
I love this as it is lightweight.
Richard Pascoe
haven't had a chance to play with it yet but it feels awesome in my hands...thanks for your great customer service...i'll be back!!!
David Wilson
I have now played pickleball about a half dozen times, and this paddle seems to perform well. I tend to miss hit balls off frame in tennis, so thought the protector less edge would be better, but it definitely will chip if the paddle hits the court. My next paddle will likely have an edge guard for this reason.
RJ
Man, I really wanted to like this paddle. The price is right but unfortunately I believe you will be better off deciding on a different paddle. I decided on the Amazin’ Aces brand because I bought their wood paddles when I first started playing pickleball and they were great. After playing just an hour or two on a outdoor court, the paddle is severely scratched up (see photo). I would not advise purchasing this paddle for outdoor use. If you strictly play indoors, then I don’t think the damage would be as big of a factor. Tough lesson learned though, edgeless paddles are not ideal for outdoor play.

Great quality paddle and great price!

Product arrived on schedule and is a quality product. Won't find many paddles that include a cover for this price.

I am very happy with the Brainbridge paddle. Very light, very comfortable. Very fast service through Amazon. I love the paddle, but would not be a paddle for players who might prefer a heavier paddle. I would buy from Lakeshore again for sure.
Amazon Customer
ITS A GREAT RACKET, THE GRIP IS EXCELLENT, GOOD BALANCE,OF CONTROL,POWER, AND FEEL, HOWERVER AFTER USING IT ON THE FIRST DAY I'M CONCERNED ABOUT SMALL PAINT CHIPS ON THE CORNERS AND EDGES OF THE RACKET AFTER PLAYING A FEW MATCHES. IT MIGHT BE JUST THIS RACKET WITH THIS ISSUE
richard hileman
Just had the opportunity to use it for the first time yesterday. Paddle seems to be extremely light weight, with lots of sping when striking the ball. We did not however get the ebook on pickleball that you mentioned.
Fraser Dalziel
This is a great mid range Pickleball paddle, real nice weight and easy to use. Great seller, personal contact after the purchase, which was very nice and makes you feel their customer service will be fantastic. I will purchase from them again for sure. If you need a paddle, get it from them. Family run business with great customer service and a fantastic item. Highly, highly recommended.
Marci Cretsinger
I like that it's edgeless. I seem to do better playing pickleball with this racquet.
Currency W.
Great paddle and nice price .
Ashlee Bair
We have been playing pickleball for just a short time but of all the paddles we have tried we love this one the best for the price! Super light weight and not edges. It’s a great buy!
S. Rude
I have no idea about its endurance, but of the four paddles I've used/tried out over the last two months the Bainbridge is by far the best - good control, reasonable (but not towering) power, and a satisfying strike of the ball. Highly recommended at this point. Good looking "rimless" paddle. Update - after one month the paddle is still doing well and I'd still buy it but there's a chip now on an edge and it seems only from having sustained a number of hits over this period of time. May be the start of some problems.
Amazon Customer
It was a gift to a friend. They really liked it. Thanks
Steve
This paddle did not disappoint, it was exactly as described. I especially like the edgeless feature which I'm sure will save some fouls for me. Also, the grip doesn't sweat and get slippery like my previous one, even though that one was advertised as a better handle that doesn't slip. The weight is just right, I have had shoulder issues but I wanted one slightly heavier than the ultra lite ones so I could put some force on my hits and this one does just that. I would very much recommend this paddle.
baby boomer
As advertised. Played about 8 times with it and it's starting to chip. Nice case.
Nancy Wiitanen
The pickleball rackets are great and at a great value.
new pickleball player
I have played tennis for 30 years but I am fairly new to pickleball. Rotator cuff surgery 15 years ago made it difficult to use the heavy wooden paddles provided by our activities department, so I was looking for something lighter. I have only used this paddle once, but I am very happy with it and I had a lot less shoulder pain the next day! I wanted the rimless and I chose this one because of the price and reviews. I played pretty well with it right away and would recommend this paddle to anyone with shoulder problems.
casey
We purchased 2 paddles. My husband's paddle is just fine and we really like it. Mine became dented in the middle which is quite strange since I am not a very strong player. There is a slight hollow on both sides. This happened after 3 months of casual use. I really cannot use my paddle because the ball bounces off the paddle strangly.
Amazon Customer
Haven't used it yet. Excited to try it out.. Looks great.. Weight seems right and was everything I expected..Sunday is the day...
Marci
This a great, lightweight paddle. It's a bit larger than my last one, which is a good thing for me. A great value!
Amazon Customer
Love the paddles. Exactly as advertised. Would have been nice to have handle sized
cmr
I bought the paddle for my husband and he received the new paddle as promised on time and he could not wait to try it out. He has purchased three other paddles, much more expensive. He told me this one was the best paddle he has used thus far. He loves how light it is and the bag provided is great!!
James R. Norkewicz
I'm relatively new to the game and started out using a heavier wooden paddle. I love the weight of the Bainbridge and the sound of the ball hitting the honeycomb aluminum core. My play really seems to have improved.
GP917
Used this new racket for the first time for about an hour and half yesterday. It's light weight and handles well. I'd recommend it to anyone.
C. polenick
Great paddle for a very reasonable price!!
Amazon Customer
Nice grip and just the right size! Improved my game, THANKS
Amazon Customer
I have used this paddle for five hours since purchasing. It has a lot of power and can impart nice spin. I was shopping for a new one with these attributes and this Bainbridge model has filled the bill! It is prone to chipping during doubles "paddle clashes" but I wanted another smooth edge paddle (like the one I used before the Bainbridge), so I will put up with the chipping! I really like the way it performs and the easy grip handle. Finally, the purchasing and delivery processes went very well as the paddle arrived on schedule and very well packaged.
Jeanine R. Cowan
This is a good beginner paddle. I like that there is no rim
Amazon Customer
Over all had a good feel and well balanced. Personally would like just a little weight to it. Hits well, takes a little time to adjust to paddle for better touch on shots
Mo
Paddle is everything I expected except grip is a bit too big for my hand. ( I have a small hand) Edges also chip easily but I think it's just cosmetic. Otherwise, I'm pretty pleased with it.
Colleen Hammond
Very happy with the quality of the racquet. I love the carrying case that came with it.
Amazon Customer
Bought the paddle and used it for about a week before it started chipping off around the center! The paddle has perfect balance for me and has a different sound compared to other paddles, but if it is going to last just one week or so before decaying out what worth is it going to be?
Amazon Customer
Great paddle! If you like pop, this is the paddle for you. The ball flies off with little effort! The reaction is Awesome! Add this to your arsenal.
S. Gauthier
Excellent feel and handling. Edgeless design for better control.
Po Powell
Tried my friends and love it. Ordered one and fits perfect. Have played twice and feel like I've met my perfect paddle
Christina Camberg
The feel of this beautiful paddle is incredible! It is so light in my hand with a grip that is superior. I believe it is giving me more precision and control of my returns, and I actually have chalked up some amazing aces on my serves. I love my new paddle!
bob Elfort
I've been playing for years and this is my first edgeless paddle. I'm very happy with it. I'm going to get some tape to increase the grip but just won a men's double tournament last weekend with my new Amazing Ace Bainbridge paddle. Only had the paddle 2 days! Great case too. My wife tried it today with her "chickleball" group and she came right in and ordered one for herself. Plus her partner also ordered one while sitting on the bench at the pickleball court! Great paddle.
Dorothy Lyn Meyers
I had never played with a rimless paddle, and felt like I could not execute the third shot as well with it, compared to a rimmed edge. That being said, felt like it was a great paddle and a good buy. The company graciously agreed to swap it for me, plus I love buying USA made!
DAB
I am brand new to this fun sport so did not have a clue what paddle would be the best for me. I was told to get a composite type paddle so I went to Amazon and found this paddle which had a fair price and was the type I was told to get. Boy, did I do the right thing! Not only is the paddle the right weight and balance for me, the handle is really well made! I bought the same one for my husband. I really feel it helps me with this game. Yes, I still miss allot of shots but that's my fault...I really feel I am playing better with this paddle. I learned on a different type of paddle and the results were not good. The minute I started using this one, my game changed...for the better! Whew!
Amazon Customer
I got a nice paddle and quality pickleball in an expedited fashion.

Great light weight paddle and nice carrying bag
AVON
this rimless paddle is 8 oz which is what I was looking for in addition to being rimless. The grip is a little large, I would love to be able to specify the size grip, but I can work with it. I have finally been able to play several games with my new paddle and very happy with it. I like the extra weight and the grip is comfortable, plus it has ribs which allow a firmer grip. This feature was a surprise to me but I like it. I had added a no slip grip to another paddle i have I don't need to do that to this one. Extra points for the grip
Anne T Hartnett
Loving my new Bainbridge paddle!
Russell Maltby
So far so good, not much court time yet with this paddle but seems to be a keeper.

Product was as expected.

I've been playing for a year with a rimmed paddle. I like the feel and control of this paddle much more.

I bought this pickle ball paddle for my husband for fathers day...he loves it

I am new to pickleball and was using the plywood paddles. What a difference! Very nice feel and balance, very happy so far.

I have been playing on indoor court this summer at Saint Simons Is. Ga as a novice player. Love the racket, and, today, people were asking me about it, they liked the sound when hitting. I showed it to them, and one lady took a picture of it. So sales may be up!
MeridianSpuds
I received this paddle from the family as a gift. After playing just a couple times with it, I was pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness of the paddle. It feels like a hybrid between a composite and graphite so you get the best of both styles. I play several times a week so looking forward to getting used to it. It is light weight so doesn't put any strain on my elbow or shoulder, and the rimless paddle provides a bit more surface to hit with. Upon contact with the ball, it is a bit louder than a traditional graphite paddle, but by the time your opponent hears it, the ball will be past them.
Addie Washington
Paddle works as described...I like the borderless/edgeless paddle. However, the paddle is a little heavier than anticipated.
Amazon Customer
Got it last week and love it , only played with a handful of paddles but the Bainbridge caught my attention so I ordered one for myself . Just a newbie at pickleball but loving the game and the paddle . Thanks, everything came as described .

The Bainbridge was a trial purchase for me and I found some pluses and minuses. First, I need to say that I am an advanced player and have used several paddles over my 3 years of play. My current paddle is the Selkirk Omni Glen Peterson model which has a longer paddle face and a short handle. Some of comments are influenced by the differences between the Bainbridge and the Omni. I loved the "pop" of the Bainbridge. It provides significantly more power than my Omni. The added pop was a detriment when playing the soft game, though. I think that more play would have allowed me to eventually adjust. The pop in the paddle also comes with a much louder sound. That is generally OK when using some of the softer balls but can be irritating when using Duras or other similarly hard balls. I also loved the rimless aspect. My Omni is rimmed and I occasionally sen a ball flying off at a weird angle caused by the rim deflection. The biggest detriment to me was the longer handle. The stated length is 5" but mine measured at about 5 1/4". With the Omni's much shorter handle, I have gotten used to gripping the paddle near its face with my index finger on the face. Using that same grip with the Bainbridge, I found about 1 1/2" - 2" of the handle below my grip. This proved to be surprisingly uncomfortable and actually interfered with my swing on some shots. To be clear, this was a problem due to my grip preference. Those players who grip the paddle near the end of the handle will likely find this to be no problem. The extra long handle might even be beneficial for players who like to use 2-handed grips. The paddle cover is a nice bonus with the purchase. In summary, the Bainbridge is a good paddle for the price, especially for beginning and intermediate players. I would not place it as equal with some of the more established brands I have used in advanced play, though.

The paddle works great. I have always used a wooden paddle, so I wasn't sure what to expect with a aluminum paddle. Turns out it has a large smooth surface and a nice handle. And I like that it's brimless.
KMR
I love this paddle. I have more control both in and out doors. I think it has improved my game immensely! I highly recommend it.
GDL
Used this paddle for the first time yesterday. I found it to be excellent. Very light weight yet still allows me to hit with power when needed. Grip is fine also.
Terrence Tessaro
The Amazin Aces Pickleball Paddle is very nice quality including the case. I am very happy with the purchase of this paddle.
A. D.
Great purchase!! Not only a great racquet but also comes with a carrying case as well.
Margaret Cerminaro
Great product!

I'm happy with the paddle

I have been playing for a number of years and have a couple of paddles in my bag. This is the lightest paddle I have used in years in addition to costing 50% less than my average price. I like the feel of the paddle and have noticed a quickening of hand speed, probably due to lightness. My serves go just as deep but cross the net lower than before. I like the touch and the ability to take speed off a slam and dink it. Happy with the paddle I have to edit this review because recent play on hard surface outside courts has caused the edge to scar and chip when the paddle scrapped the court surface. I do not know how or if this will eventually impact the face of the paddle. I may just use it indoors...
Nicole Comeau
I have played with this paddle about a dozen times. I love the edge less technology it seems to be holding up very well even after hitting the ground a few times. It is responsive when hitting drop shots and great for ground stroke returns. Anyone looking for an edge less paddle should give this one a try.
ChuChu Train
Bought two for my family. We played a few rounf so far and they seem well made. Make a good sound when hitting the ball. On inspection i didnt notice any flaws. Ill give another update if i find any flaw or issues. So far they have been great.
Amazon Customer
Overall, I am very satisfied with this paddle. It is lightweight in comparison to my previous paddle of choice and has a great quality grip. I've used this paddle in several practice sessions and tournaments now, and am happy with its feel and responsiveness. This was the first rimless paddle I've used and am torn between the positive that I can hit a ball even on the edge and the negative that it is easily a little banged up on the edge.
Iris Milne
I haven't had occasion to play with the paddle yet but but it feels right and I like the fact that it is borderless. Very lightweight with a nice carrying case. Can't wait to get back on the court with my very own paddle.

I've been playing for about a year. I began using a wooden "swinger" paddle which felt fine enough in my hands. I seemed to play ok and it did the job through this beginning phase of playing. But after awhile I began to want a new paddle. I was rather bewildered at the range of choices out there. So I began reading reviews and articles, watched a few videos, etc. Went to Dick's to see how they felt in my hand. I tried playing with some other paddles for a few rounds borrowed from some people where I played. None of the paddles really seemed to call out to me. Some I really didn't like at all, preferring the ol' wooden job to theirs. Something about this Bainbridge seemed right to me. I liked the fact that it was edgeless, and I liked the color too. The price also seemed right, having similar sounding features as well as size and weight compared to paddles that were fully twice as much. So, after much indecisiveness, I finally hit the buy button on it. As soon as I got it, I tried it out and was pretty surprised at how much better it felt playing with it. Quicker responses, nice power and good control. I've had it for about a month, and I hope it lasts and is durable. Only time will tell on that one. This is a real review, just to let y'all know. Somehow I'm always wary about that sort of thing, what with all the fakery out there nowadays ;)
Amazon Customer
Very easy process. I received my paddle promptly. The description does not match the paddle. It says it's graphite with honeycomb. It looks solid. But I m a beginner and the paddle seems fine. It works well for me.
hankster
I'm only started to play a couple months ago and was borrowing a paddle to play with so decided to get my own. This is nice and light weight plus it is rimless which I really like. The handle is on the large size but is comfortable to me and is tacky enough to that it doesn't slip when you get sweaty palms. It has a reassuring pop to it and seems to be a consistent hitter. The included case is a bonus and appears to be of decent quality. Not sure about more experienced players but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for those that are less experienced.

Exactly as described.
